Big battery issue

Had phone 2 weeks, don't know whether to get it replaced as they say I should :/

Battery is really bad on 3G - hardly going into deep sleep.
Please help me, I do not know if it is a software issue, hope screen shots help.

LEft phone overnight and it drained 8% from 100 on WiFi
