How can I fix a Samsung Galaxy S6 memory issue?

samsung glaxy s6 memory issue

i bought samsung s6 ,64GB memory.
my internal phone memory almost 62 gb free. but when i am installing or transferring data from other phone it shows there is not sufficient memory.

other thing how can we transfer data from sd card to internal memory.

the s6 does not have an sd card slot
so if your s6 does have one then it is 100% fake

I dont think he is saying his phone has an SD card slot. I think he is asking how to transfer whats on an SD card to his internal memory.

The easiest way is to use a card reader, hook that to your computer, then hook your phone up as well, Open explorer on your computer, Select the stuff you want to move over, Copy it, Then select the destination on your internal phone memory and paste it.
