Hard to explain... Got a media text from one person, it shows up but in previous conversation

Ok so to explain, This only happens with one person on my phone but its my gf so i receive pictures all the time. Basically we text back in forth all day and when she sends me a picture or shares a youtube video the text downloads for the current day and time but once its completed i have to scroll up in the conversation to exactly 27 hours earlier. So today 11/11/15 at 4:05pm if i got a picture mail it would show up as 11/10/15 1:05pm. I've tried changing my time settings but no luck.

Wipe messaging app cache via app manager.
