How wipe everything (including root) on my S7 Edge

[AC Question]

Story: I rooted my phone and screwed up while playing with it later. My phone is now very laggy and buggy, many apps (especially snapchat) do not run nearly as well. I tried a factory reset but it seems to have made it worse.

All I want is to completely wipe my phone so it will remove the root and anything else I have installed.

Verizon is my carrier and I bought my phone through them
