I am new to galaxy s7 ....the blue led is blinking and my phone is switched off

How can i restart my phone....its hung up with the blue led blinking

I want to make sure I'm understanding. Your phone is completely powered down and the blue led is blinking? Is the phone plugged into the wall or sitting on the wireless charger?

tried it both ways... wireless charger...and plugged in also.....its just hung up.....how do I restart my phone....can anyone help

phone has power...got hung up by itself

Have you tried to press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

Same thing happened to me. Phone was working fine then suddenly powered off with a blue like blinking. Tried everything to restart it. In the end had the phone exchanged for a new one.
