S7 sound to speaker cuts off

I have a s7 edge and two days ago I started having issues with my phones speaker. I noticed that if I made a call and put it on speaker I was unable to hear the other person. If I took them off speaker it would work fine. Then YouTube, fb, Instagram, Spotify, and twitter videos are now the same. They won't play through my speaker. It will only play for like 5 sec with sound then go away. If I put headphones the issue is totally gone and also if I put an aux cord. How can I fix this I'm thinking it could be a bug. I need help please this is annoying.

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
