Verizon S7 July Security Update Problem - Connectivity problems in certain apps

Hey guys,

I did this update this morning and now I'm having some pretty significant issues. Certain apps are unable to connect to the internet, such as google play and Opera mini.

Any idea how this update affected my phone in this way, and how I can fix or uninstall the update? Not rooted, although I do have some apps disabled with package disabler pro, although those apps have been disabled for months and these issues began immediately after the update.

I did the update this morning, no issues with Opera

All of the apps that appear not to be able to connect to the internet after the update will work and connect to the internet when I am connected to wifi. It is only when on mobile data that they cannot connect (reception is great btw, and other apps are working fine all the time)
