Problem with Password

Because I wanted to use BOA's fingerprint security, I configured a fingerprint for the phone.

That's when I notice it applied the fingerprint to the lock screen. I didn't want that, so I tried to turn it off but the system asks for a password to be able to access the fingerprint setup.

BUT I NEVER SET A PASSWORD FOR THIS PHONE!

So now (because I rebooted it) I'm locked out of my phone.

Is there anyway to solve this that doesn't involve wiping the phone?

You can try unlocking from the Play Store Device Manager using the Google Account that's set up in the device or using the Samsung Account through https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

But if you set up a fingerprint, you should be able to use that to access your device.
