System has been modified in an unauthorized way

Today I tried checking for an OS update and I got a message that my Os has been tampered with in an unauthorized way although I've never rooted my phone and the Knox Warranty status is 0x0

This was an official update from 6.0.1 to Android Nougat 7.0 over the air with the Jan security patch

What could cause this? or can it be a temporary glitch from the Samsung update servers?

I know reset to factory defaults and I no longer have that message *for now*

It is a glitch, bunch of people in the beta would get that message once in a while too. Just reboot your phone and it clears it up.
