I can't get any other notification sounds but the bell. I have gone into settings and changed it to different sounds, I always get the bell. Is there something I'm missing?

This is where I go

Settings > sounds > default notifications

No matter what is set, I always get charming bell played. Even if the default says something else. Any ideas?
