Googleplay problem

I have samsung galaxy tab 7.0 plus. I can't use gogleplay app. I installed google play app, and i see app, but i can't start app. When i start app, it imidiatley forced close. I clear cache and i try to solve promblem many times but nothing. I have gmail,but i dont have google account for g play and I dont know how to open that account for app. Can somebody help me. Thank you.
