galaxy s4 i537

my touch screen will not respone. the buttons work. it boots up and stays on first setup screen ( language ) it wont let me do anything.from there. if i want to shut it off i have to pull battery. Help:'(

But I'd say that your touchscreen has failed. You may need to get it replaced somewhere. If you're still under warranty, contact Samsung.
