Looking to sell my Gear S2 3g, what do I need to do to remove it from my AT&T account?

Title says it all. Looking to sell my Gear S2 that I've been using on AT&T (going to go Android Wear). Is there anything I need to do to remove it from my AT&T account? Do I need to contact them? ANy help would be appreciated!
