Mine rarely gets hot. It got warm once. I'm a pretty heavy user, too-- but not for gaming, so that may make a difference. Still, I gotta wonder if the phones that are regularly getting that hot might have issues.

Don't use sync manager. It sucks. If you are on a mac, download this: Android.com If you are on PC, then you wouldn't be having this problem, because you'd just be drag and dropping files.... so, yeah. Just use android file transfer, that will allow you to drag and drop into the music folder...
