I had this issue and did a process of elimination with apps and found out that it was my swiftkey x that was faulty. I uninstalled it and phone hasnt frozen/rebooted since. I would uninstall an app one at a time to see if that could be the problem.

thethering via 3g works perfectly now making sure MSSG Clamping and Routing Fix are checked off

download the app called Spare Parts. that should fix your issue.

Try to switch "Scenes" in the Personalize Menu to a different scene and then back to the one you had and see if that works... if so thats a problem we are all having with apps on sd card and will hopefully be fixed with the next ota update.

Can anyone confirm the wifi tether works on 3g and 4g? I can only get google.com to come up on my cpu and no other sites while tethering on 3g and nothing at all on 4g.
