Store #2354 in Rochester hills, MI has three of the PRO'S in the locked display case. Sales associates knew nothing about them. It must be a low margin item if they are so intent on hiding them.

It seems to darken the image. With the case on, I'm seeing a really dark image. With the case off, its like looking in the mirror. But both ways I seem to be in focus.

???? Question marks are upside down because you have a heavy hand. This is an issue for me too. I was not able to position the cursor for editing because I was holding the key down too long. A light touch is needed.

The only way to find them is to talk to a knowledgeable sales person. They are not displaying them and some only have them in the back Storage room. Not even in the electronics area. To talk to a sales person you need the SKU in order for them to look it up.
