I notice this happens to me when I don't have Google services checked under location and security. I tried to just run with VZW services for a day or two and I started getting that message. I switched back to Google services and I've yet to see that message again.

A few people have reported having high Android OS usage when using the Screbbl app. Try uninstalling it and see if that makes any difference.
