I totally agree. As far as I'm concerned the IP rating means that I don't have to worry if my phone gets a little rained on. As far as taking it underwater is concerned its impossible to prove whether or not a port was 100% closed after the fact and so why push it. Even now, less than a year...

Have you tried recording these videos directly to Internal memory rather than the Micro SD card? I'm wondering if the Micro SD card is having a hard time keeping up with the bandwidth required for the recording, or perhaps there is something wrong with the Micro SD Card altogether. Rob
