Agreed. When I get time, I'll do a clean install to see if that helps. But considering how much has changed, it wouldn't surprise me if a few updates get pushed before this runs "buttery" smooth again.

That's about right. Or, it could be all the animations that Google added to Android. I know Apple moved away from overly animated transitions several versions ago, and that helped. I might look to see if that can be turned off. But, yeah. Doesn't seem as smooth.

Just updated. No issues, so far. WiFi working for me. Update: WiFi did go flaky, but I just forgot the network and reconnected. So far, so good.

Moto 360 runtime is approx. 12 hours? Not really thrilled about this. May just wait until next generation. As much as I love bleeding edge, these watches feel underwhelming. Now there's the LG G Watch R. Looks more like my Kennith Cole watch. Not concerned about the light sensor. I always disable the light sensor on my phones as they always seem to struggle to pick a brightness. It's great to get more choices.

Just the beauty of it. Round for a watch just looks nicer (to me). All the other ones look like what a tech company would think people want, and for most it may. But since this is something you "wear" it should also look nice, and the Moto 360 is the only one that looks good. Again IMHO.

Have to say how I'm really liking this phone. I switched to Android last year with the M7, and while I liked it, I just never got the feeling the phone was "polished". The M8 has really given me that "I've got a great phone" feeling. From the battery life, to the better body, to the better...

One day in with 4.4.3 and my battery is still great. I know I could get two days out of this easily. With the previous One (M7), I had to top it off to get a full day.

I think it does because I can change the focus within a picture which I think is what you're looking for. It also has the motion based controls, so I can pick it up and double tap to wake it up instead of pushing the power button. I really never even tried the Sense version. I ordered the DE...

Mine is DE which I converted to a GPe. Installation was pretty darn quick. Lost SU, but that was expected. Dialer is updated. I already had great battery life, so I'm not sure I'll even notice.

I knew it. :mad: The day I got my Developer Edition. Oh, well. I converted it to GPe, and I travel out of the country tomorrow so it all worked out. Love this phone. I even had the M7 which I thought was nice. This is really good and battery runtime is nearly twice the M7.
