i8190L - NO RECOVERY. No Bootloader?

So, as the title says, I have a phone without recovery, and I believe it's because I don't have bootloader.
Basically, I want to run recovery again cause it's a tad bit safer...

The good -
-The device can still run..
-I can still put it in Download Mode.

The bad -
-I can't get into Recovery Mode, therefore I cannot factory reset...
-There's no bootscreen.

Usually when I try to do stuff, I get some colored lines running horizontally across the screen. I'm not really sure what I did.

Can anyone help?

From my research, possible causes are...
-Not factory resetting before flashing a new ROM.
-Error in the ROM? I doubt it.


Does anyone know how to get Bootloader? Does anyone know how to get back into recovery?
