Can't flash TouchWiz back to Cyanogenmodded Galaxy S3 i747?

I have an S3 (AT&T i747, Rooted) running Cyanogenmod 11 4.4.4 KitKat and i recently tried to unlock it because i am looking to join Verizon. Well when i put in the unlock code, i got an "Unlock code Unsuccessful" error, whom of which i hear is pretty common, and i read somewhere that a different ROM is probably what is interfering with it. Anyways, I am trying to get back to TouchWiz and I've already installed drivers, backed up my phone, downloaded a Firmware from SamMobile, and installed ODIN. When i go to ODIN, i go into download mode and everything it tells me to do, including seeking the Extracted Files in the BL area, i get a big red FAIL! every single time. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, i made an account on here just to write this.
