Comparison to other phones if anyone is interested. They were all taken at different time though, so might not be the perfect comparison, but i think enough to tell the difference in how they handle image processing and the quality.
A side note on the One M9's shot. It was taken on an overcast day. The camera app was pretty frustrating to use, on auto it underexposed the building, and by tapping on the building to change the focus and AE it over-exposes the whole shot a lot, so end up had to force it to use HDR mode, and this is the result. Lets just say that having used a bunch of HTC phones, HDR isn't their strong suit. The shot is nicely detailed, but the camera app is pretty frustrating to use IMO... In comparison the Note 4 on a similarly overcast day still did well. This was a while back though, hopefully it has been improved.

DXOmark rated the Z3+ quite favourably and i can definitely see why.
Ranking - DxOMark
The image quality is definitely decent, and a nice improvement over the Z3/Z3C. Though definitely not quite at the standard that Sammy is at. The major downside to me is the very very bloated and messy camera app and settings. Like the weird AR effects, face in picture, AR Mask, etc. Like how superior auto has to be at 8MP. Or how at 20.7MP "manual mode" you can't adjust the ISO or use HDR mode. Or the slightly slower capture speeds. But definitely a usable camera if you're willing to live with its quirk. I hope with future updates Sony will try to improve the camera further.
