Low Resolution Facebook Contact Pics

has anyone figured out why the contact pics from fb are so low rez? really cheapens the whole experience. i know its a stupid gripe but it annoys me every time i get a phone call and see that blurry pixelated pic pop up

I agree. The profile pics convert horribly to the contacts. Anyone have a good work around?

this is one of those things that i can't believe samsung let go... makes the phone look like crap. when i had my hero for 2 weeks it integrated this stuff so much better

Apperently a good alternative to this is using SyncMypix

This was super annoying. I ended up deleting the My Buddies widget bc the icons were so crappy and low res. I read elsewhere that SyncMyPix would help with this and downloaded it from the Market. If you go to the app settings and ensure that it downloads full-resolution pics from Facebook, you'll get nice crisp pics for all your contacts. Works great. Too bad Samsung couldn't figure this out. It's as if they weren't aware that they had a super screen on this phone.
