Verizon Usb Driver Not Loading

I searched for a usb driver for the Genex and found a download on the Verizon site.
I tried to install on my PC (windows Vista pro 64) and it took about 15 minutes to get about 1/4 installed based on the process bar.

In order to cancel the install I needed to use the task manager.

Anybody else have this issue?
