Verizon Extended Battery & Door on the Sprint GN

I know that the extended battery for the Verizon GN works with the Sprint version, and that the door does not fit and requires you to cut one of the connectors in order for it to fit properly...but I was curious if anyone has already done this and what their thoughts are on the fit / performance?

I could care less about the Verizon branding, since my phone is in a case anyway, but if Sprint is going to take their sweet time releasing a properly branded battery / door for their device, then I have no problem with nabbing one from their competitor.

Also, pics are great if you have them. Just curious if others were able to get the Verizon version to fit well on their Sprint phone, if so, I'd probably order today.

I tried cutting the tab that wouldn't fit. The battery cover comes out slightly at the spot I cut the tab and it looks goofy. I'm waiting on an official extended battery, hopefully it comes soon.
