    Default Epic 4G Touch very slow after updating to ICS

    I finally gave in and updated to the latest official ICS build via the OTA update. Before I did so, I did a complete factory reset/data wipe. Now I am currently on 4.0.4 build FL24. My problem is that everything about the phone feels so much more sluggish compared to when I was running Gingerbread (EL29). The phone is slow to light up and bring up the lock screen, it's slow to open apps, it's to respond, etc... Anybody have any tips or fixes? I am thinking about just rolling back to EL29 again, but I would like to stick with ICS if it's possible to make it run more smoothly. Thanks in advance.

    Do a search, there many post with the answer to your situation.

    I also, do a factory reset after the update and clean he caché.
