i keep getting this pop up

is anyone else getting this pop up or is it just me?! did i do something wrong in the instillation? how come i cant silent my shutter. that thing is annoying. i downloaded the one from the simple download tool. someone help me please! also i read some where that jelly bean came with emoji....im not seeing that either!

Try reinstalling the gmail app

JB might not let you delete g-mail, but you can back off any updates and then if it wants to apply the correct update it will prompt you when you next attempt to update apps.
