Mobile data lost

I have everything listed as working under the about device>status menu, with the exception of mobile network state, and when I try to update the profile, it tells me the process com.samsung.syncservice has stopped.. Is there another step that I am missing that would give me mobile connection back?

First, check Settings / More Settings (under Wireless and Network) / Mobile networks and make sure Mobile Data is checked. If it is, try unchecking it, backing out, then going back into settings and rechecking it.

If that doesn't work, try rebooting the phone. If that fails, you might want to try what's in post 8, in this thread: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sp...illed-my-preferred-network-mode-lte-cdma.html This just puts your phone through the activation process again.

When I did the soft reset, it brought it back.. I went through the other suggestions as well, but only the soft reset fixed it
