Best deals on Sprint One?

Looking to upgrade from my E4GT. I see Best Buy Mobile has the One for $99.99, anyone know of any better deals out there right now?

Radio Shack was running that deal, but I think it's ended. (IIRC it was $149 for upgrades) Unfortunately, I didn't get my upgrade until July 1st so I missed out on that one.

From what I see, Sprint is still selling them for $199.

Best Buy this week is running a deal where the One is $99 and you can get an additional minimum $50 off by trading in any working phone.

My parents just used that deal. They got the $50 each for their og evos. They ended up paying around $175 with activation on two HTC ones.

I did end up getting mine from Best Buy for $99. Price in the store was $199, but I bought it online for $99 and then picked it up at the store.

I pulled this off by trading in my EVO Shift. I didn't want to spend even $99 and was going to get the LG Optimus G for free, but when I realized that i could get a trade-in on the Shift I went for the One.
