Mine also left Oakland and is out for delivery still as of 10:11AM PST. Didn't receive it yet but I am stoked, and also delivery should still be before 3PM hopefully.

Honestly it is just ok when it comes to the text.

Your text crispness/clarity will suffer but your battery life will benefit...I guess it's a toss-up and depends on what you want.

Still at work, but my wife just emailed me a picture of both boxes (one large and one small) of my phone and the docks!!!. Now four more hours to get through before I can make the long drive home. In about five hours I should be unboxing my first Android phone.

Not only did I get mine, I got two...I had originally ordered from Premier online but the price was incorrect ($299). I called and cancelled the first order and re-ordered for $150, but apparently the first order didn't actually cancel. Now I am on hold with AT&T because the phone wouldn't activate...
