You shouldn't post your IMIE # for all to see.
All the free ways to get a phone unlocked no longer work I don't think, outside of contacting AT&T and asking for the unlock code. Or you can google it and use a popular unlocking webiste that charges $15-$20 and get your code that way. That is how I unlocked my AT&T S3.

I tried finding a company that would unlock it for around 10-15 and the lowest I've been able to find so far is 25.
