Hey all,

I have a friend who just got this replacement phone. She used to have the advanced power options available to her (airplane mode, sound options, and power off, etc) but are gone now. When ever you hold down the power button it just shuts off the the phone.

Any ideas?

It is stock no root or 3rd party ROM. Running 2.3.6.
