All of a sudden now I am unable to power off or restart the phone. After holding the power button (side), the power menu appears. But when I press Power Off or Restart, the phone simply reverts back to the home screen.
Also suddenly at issue today:
1. Touching any of the three icon buttons at the bottom of the screen (the multiple windows icon, home icon, and left arrow icon) does nothing.
2. After taking a screenshot, the image use to immediately appear for editing, etc.. now it does not appear.
3. I just tried sharing an image via Bluetooth, but when I select the "share" icon, and then the "Bluetooth" icon, nothing happens.
All of this began today. I don't recall doing anything to this phone in terms of changing settings, etc...This is my primary phone. I really hope someone here can help me with this.
