Tried Rooting. Now I'm stuck in Download Mode. Help!!

Hello. I tried rooting my Tmobile S3 LTE via Odin3 1.85 and CF-Root-SGS3-v6.1.tar set as PDA, but I get a FaiL! message when I hit start and now I'm stuck in download mode. What do I do!? I dont want to force a reset and make a mess of things.

Safest thing to do would be to flash a stock ROM all over again with Odin.
