Default Phone icon missing on lock screen AFTER update

    Hey all,
I just updated my phone yesterday and last night my phone icon disappeared from my lock screen. It wasn't in the list of available apps to select for the lock screen either, so I restarted my phone, looked again and the phone icon was still not there. So I turned off my phone, took out the battery etc.. still no icon in the selection menu. Anyone else heard of this issue yet, or have this occur? I know it was an issue on the Evo 3D..

Right, I just ended up resetting the phone back to factory settings... again.. and it came back.
This phone seems to have sooo many issues suddenly!

Install worked really easy with QR barcode scan. Everything is back to normal, thanks "guyd" for the link!

Asus FonePad or any phone for that matter.

    Steps:
    1. Download Astro File Manager from Google Playstore
    2. Open the "System" file
    3. Then the "App" file
    4. At "View Settings", tick "Show Hidden Files"
    5. Phone app appears!
    6. Go to Home screen. Click on [six dots in circle] for apps.
    7. Search for Phone app. Long-press and drag it to the Home screen.

    Good luck!
