Texting Help Please!

I just got a sidekick 4g but lately every time I get a text, my phone doesn't do it's original ringtone and vibrating. I checked my phone isn't on silent mode. I've missed so many text messages cause of this problem. HOW DO I FIX THIS!!!

If you contact T-Mobile, they will suggest you do a factory reset (which will wipe all data and apps and you will have to start again from scratch except for what is saved in the Google cloud--emails, contacts, etc. that are saved to our google account and not the phone -- you will probably want to get a list of apps that have been installed since they will disappear, too. ).

Time for a new phone...I LOVE the keyboard but it just isn't enough to hold me anymore
