Newbie to Nexus S

Hey guys I have had quite a few android phones over the years. Not looking for a full detailed explanation but this thing came with GB installed and the OTa apparently ain't happening on ATT. Its version 2.3.4 baseband I9020AUCKE1 build number GTJ61. Any ideas where to start? Would like to get up to Jelly Bean

You should install one of the Nexus S factory images for a "pure" android experience.

I did a factory image(posted on link above me) restore which wiped the phone and started from scratch...

after going to ICS.. you will have to move to jelly Bean... I guess a factory image reset is easier like i did.
