2 questions. Please help

1. Has anyone else has cellular reception issues? Despite there being a strong signal in my house, my G5 has connection issues and often drops calls... Looking for a fix.

2. If the phone needs to be repaired, has anyone found a way to get LG to provide a replacement without having to first send them your phone for 2 weeks? I run my business on this phone and cannot be without it for that long!

No issues here with reception and I work in areas with very spotty coverage.

Depends if you got the phone through the carrier or not I suppose. Not sure about that.
