Accessibility Icon troubles! I tried everything and turned off the accessibility icon but it would not go away on Chromebook not on the bottom of the phone home page. Turns out it is app based!
I use automatic scroll and somehow the accessibility icon was linked only to that app. I uninstalled the app and the icon disappeared.
I reinstalled the app and set up the access options.
Noore accessibility icon, the little man!
Hope this helps someone else as there is nothing online that I could find to turn off this icon from showing up when it's use is linked to an application. The universal accessibility was off, showed off.
