Nah, I just submitted another one for the regular Note 20 and didn't have any issue. Yesterday did for the ultra.

Are you on Verizon? Looks like with Verizon when you copy there are spaces at the end of the IMEI. You will have to remove them and try.

Unlocked on Verizon I have a space after every 4th digit

This is weird...I'm in Canada with Rogers and I entered my cell and imei and it's says my device is out of warranty!?

Just saw this article on Android Central. You click the link and input your phone number to receive a text then verify your phones IMEI through Samsung. I already got and used the $30 coupon to save on a 512gb card but I'll take a free pair of headphones also!

Out of luck if your with a Canadian carrier as I tried and it said my device was not serviceable due to being out of warranty!!?!?!?!?
Just got my device.

So note 20 ultra users are out of luck.

Probably the system is only active for US phones. Try chatting with Canada Samsung support to see if they will give you a coupon or send a pair.

That's what I got when I tried from here in Ireland
It's probably just because our device is not registered for warranty in the US

I talked to them through Chat before that link was even up. Contacted them the day after I received my Note 20 Ultra. They asked me to verify my order number and IMEI and shipped them to me. I was surprised that they actually shipped them FedEx from Ontario.

I haven't actually unpacked them yet, since I still have a seldomly used pair from my Galaxy Note 10+, but it looks as though there is a lot more cable than what came with the Note 10+. Has anyone verified it being longer? I may have to unpack them and check.

When I ordered mine from the phone reps, they just appeared with no tracking info or even letting me know they took care of it. Last I heard they gave me a ticket # and they would be in contact with me...

I screen shot the confirmation number so that's all I have to go by .

My boy is not having luck. He's getting an invalid EMEI.

Yeah because in the US buds didn't come in the box. They aren't going to send you buds for devices that included them.
