Any way to ring through headphones?

I often times have my headphones on at work, streaming Pandora or some news station. It has been annoying me, lately, that I can't figure out how to get my phone to ring or alert me through the headphones. Is there any way to do this?

I just leave the phone on vibrate now, as I don't want the phone making noises while everyone around me is working. If I could get a notification alert through the headphones while listening to music, I'd be stoked!

Any way to fix this?

Personalize Call Sound
Choose options for call audio, in cases where you might need
the sound softer or more clear, or optimized for your right or
left ear.
 From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings >
Applications > Call > Personalize call sound to
configure options:
? Adapt sound: Tap Start, and then follow the onscreen
prompts to find the best sound for you.
? Soft sound: Use softer sounds during calls.
? Clear sound: Use clearer sounds during calls.
? Off: Use the default call sound settings
