Anyone forward their regular calls to Google VM?

I'm not sure what's going on with Google Voice on Android 9. I like the idea forwarding my regular number to my Google account so if someone leaves me a VM, I get an email to Gmail and a text message.

Now all of a sudden this doesn't work. Even though I've deleted the Google Voice app reinstalled checked the check boxes etc.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Go to the web interface for Google Voice.
They accidentally messed up some configurations. You might be one of those people.

Exactly what happened. All fixed now.

Oddly, I had gotten an email from Google saying they had a problem with google voice and I may have been one of those affected. It's odd since I don't recall ever requesting or settng up google voice.
