How do i get the apps icon back in my home page. I have a galaxy note3

Go into your app drawer, click and and hold on the app you want and depending on your device it will either automatically add it to the homescreen or allow you to drag and drop it to the homescreen of your choice.

Also depending on device you can long press on your homescreen and it may popup an option to " Manage apps or add apps/shortcuts " to your homescreen.
