Sorry if this has been answered before. If so I couldn't find it. I don't really care what the brand is, I'm looking for a good medium to high range Android laptop which receives constant updates. Are there any manufacturers out there that actually push the Google monthly security patches?
The Pixel C is no longer in stock, and is 2 years out of date. I'm looking for something current and that will be supported going forward.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 hasn't been updated since February according to Samsung support.
The Asus 3S 10 was updated in October I believe, I got one and within a week the screen glitched out (known and common issue). So that's not going to work.
I've tried a few Chromebooks but they just don't run apps well.
Does anyone know of a real, good alternative to an iPad? I hate iOS but at least iPads get regular, frequent updates to address security concerns and bugs.
