Black Screen Opening Some Apps but Not Others

[Android Central Question]

Samsung Galaxy S7. It did an update and worked normally for a bit then began where some apps (Facebook, Chrome, Whatsapp, Viber) turn black screen when tapping open. Once tapped again will start normally. Other apps (Hangouts, Instagram) worked normally. I opened in Safe Mode and Chrome and Facebook, obviously the only ones I can access, but they work normally in safe mode. I tried clearing the cache on Facebook but it did not resolve anything.
