Question Bluebird bp30

I have 4 bp30 barcode scanner phones and am locked out of all of them.
I am trying to reset to factory settings but cannot see how without access to settings screen.
Any help would be great.Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Are these devices managed by a company? If so, the MDM software will typically prevent anyone from accessing the recovery menu or doing a factory reset. You'd have to speak with the IT department of the company that manages them.
