Bluetooth audio hesitating/changing pitch

I'm listening to my music through bluetooth, and it keeps changing pitch on me. Doesn't matter which headset or application I use. Also, there are frequent interrupts, which create a pause in the sound output, followed by a faster pitch which eventually catches up with the buffer and levels off. It's very aggravating. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
