Hmm, what a pain.:-\ I'm pretty sure I've seen a Settings widget on my other non-Nexus/Pixel devices. Grrr, Samsung ...

I am running a Nokia 7.1 with Nova, Android 10.
The very bottom of the widget choices there is one called settings.
It won't say BT settings, just settings.

One workaround would be to use Nova Launcher. Nova has its own set of widgets -- you'd pick the Activity widget, then Settings, then Devices. That widget would then bring you to the main Bluetooth device list with one touch, and any currently connected Bluetooth device should show its battery level there.

Here's a thread on XDA where people share your frustration: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s8+/help/how-to-add-settings-widget-t3594149

Sure, at least it's a one-touch way to get to your Bluetooth devices list. But remember, that list will only show you the battery levels if the BT devices are currently connected to the phone.

Assuming you're actively using Nova Launcher:

1. Long-press any empty part of the homescreen, then tap Widgets.

2. Under Nova Launcher (which is probably the first one listed), drag and drop the Activities widget to the homescreen.

3. Now scroll down to Settings and tap it to get more selections. Scroll down further and select Devices (the one that says "bluetooth.BluetoothSettings" in fine print).

4. You should now have a widget on your homescreen that, when tapped, will launch the main Settings>Bluetooth menu.
