Bluetooth headphones stereo sound not working?

[Android Central Question]

So recently I got a P47 wireless headphone and the stereo just won't work even though I have turned off mono audio in settings, turned on both media audio and phone audio and I've also tried some other headphones too but some just works(another Bluetooth earphones) while most won't work(the stereo) I've also tried different browsers and there seems to be no effect and so in the end the audio coming out sounds mono

Welcome to Android Central! Do these headphones have a brand? Are they no-name/off-brand from a place like Wish? Those tend to be very low quality, with a higher chance of hardware defects.

I am not sure where it was bought as I received it as a present and it just says P47 on the headphone itself with no noticeable brand name
