AC Question
Brigadier/Kyocera incorrect time displayed
I work with a cellular provider as a salesperson. Several clients have reported problems with the time displayed on the screen being several hours ahead or behind the actual time on the Kyocera Brigadier. Changing the mobile network from global to lte/cdma, clearing the cache data, and setting to automatic date/time was helpful for some, but did not resolve the issues for others. As a second step, trouble tickets were opened for the networks in affected areas as per customers calling in to their provider's tech support - with some success. The issue persists even after factory resetting devices. Eventually, new or refurbished devices are issued for those clients still covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the new devices are affected eventually as well. Any further suggestions for a solution would be very helpful.
